On the day the crew is small and quiet, two to three people with cinema cameras, controlled light and radio microphones, working from the edge of the room so guests and speakers are never interrupted. Editing starts on site, so the first clip reaches your social team during the event and the recap film before the night is over.
What you receive, and when
A recap film of 60 to 120 seconds in 16:9 and 9:16, delivered the same day. Full recordings of keynotes and panels within 48 hours, with highlight cuts per speaker on request. Guest and speaker interviews subtitled in English and Arabic. Three to five vertical clips per day for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. A photo set of 100 to 300 edited images, first selects during the event, the complete set before the day is over. Two revision rounds and unlimited usage rights are included; music is licensed for online use.

How many cameras do you use for a conference?
Two as standard for keynotes and panels, up to four for larger stages, with audio taken from the sound desk where available.
Do you work in hotels and private venues?
Yes. Most Dubai conferences and galas run in hotel ballrooms along Sheikh Zayed Road, at the Palm and in Downtown; we coordinate with the venue and the production company on power, positions and timings.
Can you cover a multi-day conference?
Yes, with a plan per day and a recap film per day so the feed has fresh content every morning.
Do you photograph and film at the same time?
Yes, an experienced crew covers both, so photos and film share one look and one download link.
Are interviews subtitled?
Yes. Speaker and guest interviews are delivered with subtitles in English and Arabic as standard, plus a clean version for your own edits.
Do you travel outside Dubai?
Across the UAE, yes: Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and the northern emirates are all covered from our Dubai studio. Trade shows and events in Europe are covered on request.
