GITEX 2026: new venue, four days, four shows on one site
For 2026 the GITEX Summit opens at Dubai World Trade Centre on 7 December and the exhibition runs 8 to 11 December at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai, in the North and South halls. Ai Everything (8 to 11 December), Expand North Star and Future Blockchain Summit (8 to 10 December) run on the same site under one visitor pass. The organiser is KAOUN International, part of Dubai World Trade Centre.
Three things change for an exhibitor's content. The site is larger and the halls further apart, so a crew that is already on the stand before doors matters more than at DWTC. Opening-day ministerial and sheikh walkthroughs come with heavy media presence and need accreditation requested early. And four days instead of three means the content plan has to produce something new every evening rather than one film at the end. What a GITEX stand gets from an experienced crew
Before the doors open. The clean stand: architecture, LED wall and screens at the right shutter speed, product displays, the demo stations, wide from the aisle and three-quarter from each corner. Team portraits in front of the stand while everyone is fresh.
During the day. Visitors at the demo stations, conversations from the edge of the stand, the delegation visit from two angles, the stage slot if your executive has one, the partner signing, the product in hands. Interviews with a lavalier microphone in a quiet corner: the CEO, the product lead, a customer or partner who is on the stand anyway.
The same evening. The edited photo set, the day's film in 16:9 and 9:16, and the vertical clips in one download link, sorted and named, with subtitles in English and Arabic on the interviews. From booking to the last day
- Now to mid-November. Book the package and the days. Crew allocations for 8 December are confirmed in booking order; the opening day fills first.
- Three weeks before. Send hall and stand number, the stand plan and the list of people to interview. We request contractor badges through your exhibitor portal and plan positions from the stand drawing.
- One week before. A 15-minute call: launch moments, expected delegation visits, the approval chain for press selects, caption style and logo files for the recap film's end card.
- 7 December, build-up evening. Walk-through of the finished stand at Dubai Exhibition Centre; screen refresh rates tested, positions marked, light checked.
- 8 December, opening day. Crew on the stand before the doors open: the clean set, then team portraits, then the day. First selects out within the hour of the first delegation visit; the edited set and the day-one film in your inbox that evening.
- 9 to 11 December. Full days again, timed to what is new: the second demo, partner meetings, the stage slot, the customer interview. Fresh clips every evening.
- After the show. The full set, the recap films and the vertical clips in one download link; two revision rounds; the files sorted for the sales team, the distributor pack and the LinkedIn plan.
Tech vendors, government pavilions, startups, partners
Vendors and integrators with a stand in the North or South halls: the packages above as they are. Government and national pavilions with ten to forty co-exhibitors: an experienced crew for the whole pavilion, a set per co-exhibitor and a report film for the organiser; see pavilion coverage. Can we mix packages, for example 8 December and 10 December but not 9?
Yes. The three packages are the common patterns; any set of full days is confirmed the same way within 24 hours, at AED 6,500 per additional day.
Do you need badges from us?
Contractor or exhibitor badges for the crew, requested through your exhibitor portal; we send names and details three weeks before. For opening-day VIP walkthroughs we also apply for media accreditation where the organiser offers it.
How fast is delivery during GITEX?
The edited photo set and the day's film arrive the same evening. Press selects of a delegation visit, a signing or a launch are delivered within the hour on request.
Our stand is at Expand North Star or Ai Everything, not the main halls. Same packages?
Yes. All four events run on the same site at Expo City and use the same packages; startup pods are usually covered by the Opening Day package, photo-only or video-only.
