Pavilions need two deliveries
The trade agency needs the pavilion: the opening, the delegation walkthrough, the scale, the flag. Each co-exhibitor needs their own stand, team and visitors. We plan the day so both happen: the pavilion set and the ceremony first, then a slot per co-exhibitor, then the busy pavilion in the afternoon. Delivery is one folder per co-exhibitor plus the organiser's set.
Protocol and accreditation
Ministerial openings run to protocol; we take the positions assigned and deliver the official photographs within the hour for the agency's press office. Accreditation is prepared with the organiser weeks ahead.
Report film
A 90 to 120 second pavilion film in the agency's language and English, with interviews with co-exhibitors subtitled, for the agency's report and the recruitment of next year's exhibitors. See the show calendar.
