A Dubai show week is short, expensive and over before the photos arrive
Stand space, flights, freight and hotels for a Dubai show are paid months ahead, and the return depends on what leaves the hall afterwards: photos for the sales deck, a post for LinkedIn, images for the distributor mailing, a press picture of the signing. Most exhibitors still leave Dubai with phone snapshots, because the photographer they found online was never tested before the show, arrived late, or delivered two weeks later when the news was cold.
LUMIQ is a photo and video studio in Dubai Silicon Oasis, twenty minutes from Dubai World Trade Centre and thirty from Expo City. We photograph exhibition stands every week of the UAE show season, for exhibitors flying in from Europe, Asia and the wider region, and we deliver edited photos the same day.
The founder has more than 20 years of film and TV production behind him, and every shoot is art-directed, not just documented: we guide the team, shape the light and wait for the moment on the stand instead of walking past it.
Exhibiting at GITEX this December? Three fixed coverage packages
GITEX Global 2026 opens with the Summit at Dubai World Trade Centre on 7 December and runs 8 to 11 December at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai, with Ai Everything, Expand North Star and Future Blockchain Summit on the same site. We have put together three fixed packages for GITEX stands: opening day, two days, or the full show, each with the clean-stand set before doors, team portraits, visitor and demo coverage, interviews with subtitles in English and Arabic, a recap film, vertical clips and same-day delivery. Opening Day AED 7,500, Two Days AED 13,900, Full Show AED 24,900, final prices. Crew allocations for 8 December are confirmed in booking order.

The shot list a stand needs, in the order the day happens
Before the doors open. The empty stand: architecture, graphics, lighting, product displays and screens while everything is still clean. These are the images your stand builder, your management and next year's planning need, and they only exist for about forty minutes.
Team portraits. Every person on the stand, individually and as a group, against your own graphics, before the first visitors arrive. Delivered the same day for LinkedIn and the follow-up mailing.
Show hours. Consultations, demonstrations, tastings, signings and the atmosphere in the hall, photographed from the edge of the stand so a meeting that is going well is never interrupted. Visitors who appear recognisably are asked where required; wide hall shots and crowd atmosphere are no problem.
VIP visits and stage moments. Delegation walkthroughs, ministry tours, keynotes and award moments, with selects delivered within the hour when the news cannot wait.
Product detail. Macro and product shots of the range on the stand, ready for e-commerce, press and the catalogue.
How same-day delivery works
Editing starts on site during show hours. Clean files are culled and graded on a laptop at the stand or in the concourse, so the first selects reach you before the hall closes. The finished set, typically 60 to 150 images depending on the package, is delivered by private download link before the day is over, with two revision rounds and unlimited usage rights included. Photos and video are matched in colour and style, because an experienced crew shot both.
Files come as full-resolution JPEG plus web-sized versions, sorted by subject, with a short selection of vertical crops for Instagram and LinkedIn when you ask for them. Raw files are not part of the delivery.
Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City, ADNEC and the hotels in between
Most of the Dubai calendar runs at Dubai World Trade Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road; the very large shows, and a growing number of moves, use Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City. In Abu Dhabi, ADNEC hosts ADIPEC and the defence and government shows, ninety minutes by road from our studio. Launch receptions, awards nights and hospitality evenings at the hotels along Sheikh Zayed Road are covered by the same crew on the same booking.
Everything inside the UAE, from Sharjah Expo Centre to the Abu Dhabi hotels, is covered from the same studio at the same conditions; see the Abu Dhabi page for the capital. We also cover trade shows and events in Europe (Germany, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain and the UK) on request.

Trade show photography in Dubai: questions exhibitors ask
How much does a trade show photographer in Dubai cost?
We work with fixed packages by hours on site and deliverables, and you receive a fixed quote within 24 hours of sending hall, stand number and the days you want covered. The quote is fixed, so what you confirm is what you pay.
How fast do we get the photos?
The same day. Editing starts on site during show hours, first selects reach you before the hall closes and the finished set before the day is over.
Do you need an exhibitor badge for the crew?
Yes. You register the crew as exhibitor or contractor staff for your stand; we send names and details in good time. Where an organiser offers media badges we apply for those.
Can we photograph other stands and the hall?
Your stand, your team and your products, yes. Other exhibitors' stands are not photographed without asking. Wide hall shots and atmosphere are no problem, and several organisers restrict photography in conference areas, which we check in the exhibitor manual beforehand.
Do you also cover the conference and the evening event?
Yes. Keynotes, awards dinners and receptions at the hotels next to the venue are covered by the same crew on the same booking.
Can we book photo and video together?
Yes, and it is the most common booking: an experienced crew photographs and films, so you receive a photo set and a recap film with one consistent look.
Do you deliver web-sized versions as well?
Yes. Every photo comes as a full-resolution JPEG plus a web-sized version, sorted by subject, so your team can post without resizing.
How do we pay?
50 percent on booking by bank transfer, 50 percent on the show day. The quote is fixed and agreed in writing before you confirm.
