Recap film, interviews, vertical clips, stage recordings
Recap film, 30 to 90 seconds. The stand, the product, the team and the visitors, cut to music with your logo and a closing line. Delivered in 16:9 for the website and LinkedIn, plus a 9:16 version for Instagram and TikTok. One film per show day for multi-day bookings, so the feed has something new every day.
On-stand interviews. Short statements from leadership, product specialists, distributors and customers, recorded with lavalier microphones and our own light in a quiet slot on the stand. Subtitled in English and Arabic, cut to 30 to 60 second social versions and a longer version for the website.
Vertical clips. Three to five native 9:16 clips per day, produced in parallel with the main coverage: the demo, the crowd, the product reveal, the team. Delivered with the photos so your team posts the same evening.
Stage and conference recording. Keynotes and panels on your own stand stage or in the conference hall, with two cameras and audio from the desk where the organiser allows, delivered as a full recording and as highlight cuts.
How a show day runs with a video crew on the stand
We are on the stand before the doors open for the clean shots: architecture, screens at matched shutter speeds, product displays and the team. During show hours we work from the edge of the stand, filming demos and conversations without interrupting them, and we place the interviews in a quiet slot, usually early afternoon. The editor cuts on site from the first upload at midday, so the day clip is ready when the hall closes.
Delivery is by private download link: the recap film in 16:9 and 9:16, the interview cuts with subtitles, the vertical clips, and the photo set if you booked both. Two revision rounds and unlimited usage rights are included in every booking. Music is licensed for online use.

How long is the recap film and when do we get it?
30 to 90 seconds depending on the package, delivered the same day in 16:9 and 9:16. For multi-day shows you receive one film per covered day.
Do you record interviews in Arabic?
Yes. Interviews are recorded in the language the speaker prefers and subtitled in English and Arabic as standard; other subtitle languages on request.
Is the music licensed?
Yes, for online use on your website and social channels. Broadcast or paid-advertising licences are quoted separately when needed.
Can you film a keynote in the conference hall?
Where the organiser allows it, yes, with two cameras and audio from the desk. We check the exhibitor manual and media rules of your show beforehand.
Do we get the raw footage?
The delivery is the edited films and clips. Raw footage can be included for an additional fee, agreed before the show.
Can we combine video with photography?
Yes, and it is the most common booking: an experienced crew, one look, one download link with photos and films.
