GITEX Global 2026 opens with the Summit at Dubai World Trade Centre on 7 December and runs 8 to 11 December at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai, with Ai Everything, Expand North Star and Future Blockchain Summit on the same site. We have put together three fixed packages for GITEX stands: opening day, two days, or the full show, each with the clean-stand set before doors, team portraits, visitor and demo coverage, interviews with subtitles in English and Arabic, a recap film, vertical clips and same-day delivery. What you are paying for
Two people on your stand, not one: a dedicated photographer and a dedicated videographer, both of whom edit at the stand from midday. Most offers in Dubai are one person with two cameras; that is why their recap film arrives next week. Ours is a crew that has worked a decade of European trade show seasons, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, Cologne and Hannover included, and brings the same standard to Dubai World Trade Centre, Expo City and ADNEC. Cinema cameras, controlled light, lavalier sound, editing at the stand, and the discipline of delivering while the show is still running. Exhibitors who have booked local crews before usually tell us the difference is not the equipment; it is that nothing has to be explained twice. How booking works
Send show, hall and stand number and the days you want covered. Within 24 hours you receive a written confirmation naming the package, the hours, the counts and durations, delivery time, revision rounds and usage rights. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day, by bank transfer or card. UAE-registered exhibitors and companies booking more than one show in a season ask us about partner rates in the quote. See what drives the cost.

We edit on site while your event is running. First selects reach you during the day, the finished set and the recap film before the day is over, so your team posts on LinkedIn while the hall is still full, not a week later.

About the packages
Can we mix packages across days?
Yes; Two Days and Show Week are simply full days on the dates you choose, consecutive or not, and additional days are AED 6,500 each.
Is there a half-day or two-hour package?
Not as a published package. A stand day in Dubai starts before the doors open and ends when the set is delivered; shorter bookings are quoted on request for small stands and side events.
Is it one person or a crew?
A crew: one photographer and one videographer on the stand, and both edit at the stand from midday. Photo-only or video-only bookings are one specialist who shoots and edits.
Is photo-only or video-only cheaper?
Yes; the packages above are photo and video together, which is the most common booking, and single-discipline prices are given in the quote.
Are the prices final?
Yes. The price named here is the price on the invoice; there are no hidden extras for editing, delivery or usage rights.
Do you offer rates for UAE-registered companies?
Ask in the request. Partner rates exist for UAE-registered exhibitors, agencies and companies booking several shows a season; they are given in the quote, not on the page.
