| 12:30 | First upload. Editing starts at the stand or in the concourse. |

| 15:00 | First selects delivered by link; VIP visits and signings within the hour whenever they happen. |

What we need, and what we do not
We need: hall and stand number, badges for the crew, the names of the people to interview, and one person who can approve a selection during the day if something must go out within the hour.
We do not need: a shot list, a briefing document, a mood board or a production meeting. Twenty years of production and a season of Dubai show floors are the briefing.
