AV, staging and the camera crew
The AV company runs the stage: sound desk, lighting, LED and rigging. The camera crew records it, and the two have to talk before the event: desk audio feed, camera positions that do not block the lighting designer's sightlines, screen refresh rates that do not band on camera. We coordinate with whichever company below is on your event; see our venue guides for what each venue needs.
