What we cover at a conference
Stages. Every keynote and panel recorded with two cameras as standard, up to four for the main stage, with audio from the sound desk. Full recordings delivered within 48 hours, highlight cuts per speaker with subtitles in English and Arabic. Speakers. Portraits on stage and a headshot slot backstage for the speaker gallery. Audience and networking. The room from the back, reactions from the side, coffee breaks and the networking lounge, always from the edge. Sponsors. Each sponsor's stand, branding and people, delivered as a separate set the organiser can forward. The venue. Branding at the entrance, registration, wayfinding and the room clean before doors.
The same-day recap
Editing starts on site from the first upload at the morning break. By the closing session the organiser has a 60 to 120 second recap film in 16:9 and 9:16, and the social team has three to five vertical clips of the best stage moments. The first photo selects go out during the lunch break, the finished set before the day is over. For multi-day conferences we deliver a recap per day so the feed has fresh material every morning.
Working in Dubai's conference venues
Most Dubai conferences run in hotel ballrooms with their own AV company; we coordinate desk feeds, camera positions and power with them before the day. At Dubai World Trade Centre and Expo City the conference halls sit next to the exhibition halls, and stage rules are set by the organiser. Government summits in Abu Dhabi have press-pool arrangements that we prepare with the organiser in advance.
