An awards night is a sequence of moments that each belong to a different company. We cover every handover from two angles, one on the stage and one on the reaction, and photograph the winner with the trophy backstage against the branding, so each winner receives a clean set they will publish the next morning. The run of show is marked in advance for the moments that need a third camera.
What the organiser receives
A winner set per category delivered the same night; a highlights film of 90 to 120 seconds the next morning; full stage recording within 48 hours; sponsor sets; table and networking photographs; interviews with winners and sponsors subtitled in English and Arabic. Vertical clips of the biggest reactions are cut during the evening for the organiser's channels.
Venues
Awards nights in Dubai run in the large ballrooms and at the Trade Centre Arena, in Abu Dhabi at ADNEC and the Emirates Palace.
