Spaces and how they are used
Plenary halls with stage rigging, a range of breakout rooms, pre-function areas with daylight and views over the Expo City plazas. The exhibition halls (DEC North and South) are a short walk away, so conference-plus-exhibition events run across both. The plazas and the dome are used for receptions and outdoor moments.
Light, sound, access and timing
Light. Stage lighting in plenaries, generous daylight in concourses and outdoors; exteriors at soft light because of heat. Sound. Desk feed arranged with the AV partner. Access.
