Product beauty, stand atmosphere and the social feed
Lifestyle and consumer-facing shows are won on visuals. The stand is a set, the product is the hero and the audience expects Instagram-ready content the same evening. We photograph the product range with controlled light before the doors open, then capture the atmosphere, the influencer moments, the live demonstrations and the visitor reactions during the day, and cut vertical clips in parallel with the main coverage so your team posts while the aisles are still full.
Before the doors open. We are on your stand as soon as badges allow: the empty architecture, graphics and product displays while everything is still clean, then team portraits before the first visitors arrive.
During show hours. Visitors, demonstrations, meetings and the atmosphere in the hall, always from the edge of the stand. Interviews are placed in a quiet slot, typically early afternoon, with our own light and lavalier microphones.
The same evening. Editing starts on site during the day. First selects reach you before the hall closes, the finished photo set and the recap film before the day is over, so your team posts on LinkedIn while CABSAT is still running.
For a 3-day show we agree a plan per day: full coverage on the opening day, when the stand is freshest and VIP visits are most likely, then shorter blocks on the following days for new visitors, new product angles and the vertical clips.
The broadcast shot list for CABSAT
What we plan for a broadcast stand at CABSAT, adjusted to your product and your stand plan in the pre-show call:
- LED walls and dashboards at matched shutter speed, before opening and in use
- Demo stations with a visitor's hands in frame
- Stage sessions and signings from two angles
- Delegation walkthroughs without stepping into the group
- Team portraits against your own graphics
- Vertical clips of the busiest demo moment

Working at Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City
Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC) is the hall complex of Expo City Dubai, about thirty minutes south of the city centre towards Jebel Ali and ten minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport. The North and South halls are large, column-free and newly built, with wide concourses and daylight in the connecting spaces. Several of Dubai's biggest shows have moved here from DWTC, so hall numbers and routes are new for most exhibitors. We know the site, and we walk it again before your first stand shot.
From our studio in Dubai Silicon Oasis the drive is around thirty minutes, so early access before the doors open is no problem. Read more in our Expo City venue guide.
Booking from abroad
Most exhibitors at CABSAT book from abroad, and the process runs remotely: send hall and stand number by email or WhatsApp, you receive a fixed quote within 24 hours and confirm in writing. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day, by bank transfer. The quote is fixed, so what you confirm is what you pay.
CABSAT is one of the busier weeks of the UAE show season, so ask four to six weeks ahead if you want a specific day and time. Later requests usually work as well, because the crew is already in the city; during the show week WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.

CABSAT: questions exhibitors ask
When is CABSAT 2026 and where is it held?
CABSAT 2026 runs 5 – 7 October 2026 at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai in Dubai. 33rd edition and first at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai (Halls S17 & S19) after decades at DWTC.
Where is LUMIQ based?
In Dubai Silicon Oasis, about thirty minutes from Dubai Exhibition Centre, so the crew is on your stand before the doors open on every show day.
How fast do we get the photos and the film?
The same day. Editing starts on site during show hours; first selects reach you before the hall closes and the finished set with the recap film before the day is over. Keynote and signing photos can be delivered within the hour on request.
Can we book photo and video together?
Yes, and it is the most common booking: an experienced crew covers both, so you receive a full photo set and a recap film from a single booking, with one look across everything.
Do we need a shot list or briefing?
No. Send your goals in one short call or message, plus hall and stand number. With more than 20 years of production experience we know what a broadcast, media & pro av stand needs; you approve the plan and focus on your visitors.
Are interviews subtitled?
Yes. On-stand interviews are delivered with subtitles in English and Arabic as standard, plus a clean version without subtitles for your own edits.
Can you cover several days of CABSAT?
Yes. For multi-day shows we typically cover the opening day in full and the following days in shorter blocks, so you get fresh content every day at a lower total than repeating full days.
Do you also film conferences and evening events around the show?
Yes. Keynotes, awards dinners, launch receptions and hospitality evenings at the hotels next to the venue are covered by the same crew on the same booking. See our event video page.
