Machinery, materials and the engineers who buy them
Industrial stands are built around hardware: a running machine, a cut-away product, a wall of material samples, a vehicle. We photograph the hardware clean before the doors open, with the stand architecture and graphics, then the same stand busy with engineers and procurement teams during the day. Running machinery is filmed at the right shutter speed so motion reads cleanly, and interviews with your technical team are recorded with lavalier microphones so the hall noise stays in the background.
Before the doors open. We are on your stand as soon as badges allow: the empty architecture, graphics and product displays while everything is still clean, then team portraits before the first visitors arrive.
During show hours. Visitors, demonstrations, meetings and the atmosphere in the hall, always from the edge of the stand. Interviews are placed in a quiet slot, typically early afternoon, with our own light and lavalier microphones.
The same evening. Editing starts on site during the day. First selects reach you before the hall closes, the finished photo set and the recap film before the day is over, so your team posts on LinkedIn while IDEX & NAVDEX is still running.
For a 5-day show we agree a plan per day: full coverage on the opening day, when the stand is freshest and VIP visits are most likely, then shorter blocks on the following days for new visitors, new product angles and the vertical clips.

Working at ADNEC Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) is on Khaleej Al Arabi Street, about twenty minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport and ninety minutes by road from our Dubai studio. The 12 main halls run along a single concourse with the ICC Hall and the Capital Suite conference rooms at the far end; the outdoor areas take vehicles, rigs and larger machinery. A show day in Abu Dhabi starts with a pre-dawn drive from Dubai or a hotel next to the venue, and either way we are on your stand before the doors open.

Booking from abroad
Most exhibitors at IDEX & NAVDEX book from abroad, and the process runs remotely: send hall and stand number by email or WhatsApp, you receive a fixed quote within 24 hours and confirm in writing. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day, by bank transfer. The quote is fixed, so what you confirm is what you pay.
IDEX & NAVDEX is one of the busier weeks of the UAE show season, so ask four to six weeks ahead if you want a specific day and time. Later requests usually work as well, because the crew is already in the city; during the show week WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.
