Product beauty, stand atmosphere and the social feed
Lifestyle and consumer-facing shows are won on visuals. The stand is a set, the product is the hero and the audience expects Instagram-ready content the same evening. We photograph the product range with controlled light before the doors open, then capture the atmosphere, the influencer moments, the live demonstrations and the visitor reactions during the day, and cut vertical clips in parallel with the main coverage so your team posts while the aisles are still full.
Before the doors open. We are on your stand as soon as badges allow: the empty architecture, graphics and product displays while everything is still clean, then team portraits before the first visitors arrive.
During show hours. Visitors, demonstrations, meetings and the atmosphere in the hall, always from the edge of the stand. Interviews are placed in a quiet slot, typically early afternoon, with our own light and lavalier microphones.
The same evening. Editing starts on site during the day. First selects reach you before the hall closes, the finished photo set and the recap film before the day is over, so your team posts on LinkedIn while EcoWASTE is still running.
For a 3-day show we agree a plan per day: full coverage on the opening day, when the stand is freshest and VIP visits are most likely, then shorter blocks on the following days for new visitors, new product angles and the vertical clips.

Working at ADNEC Abu Dhabi
Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) is on Khaleej Al Arabi Street, about twenty minutes from Abu Dhabi International Airport and ninety minutes by road from our Dubai studio. The 12 main halls run along a single concourse with the ICC Hall and the Capital Suite conference rooms at the far end; the outdoor areas take vehicles, rigs and larger machinery. A show day in Abu Dhabi starts with a pre-dawn drive from Dubai or a hotel next to the venue, and either way we are on your stand before the doors open.

Booking from abroad
Most exhibitors at EcoWASTE book from abroad, and the process runs remotely: send hall and stand number by email or WhatsApp, you receive a fixed quote within 24 hours and confirm in writing. Payment is 50 percent on booking and 50 percent on the show day, by bank transfer. The quote is fixed, so what you confirm is what you pay.
EcoWASTE is one of the busier weeks of the UAE show season, so ask four to six weeks ahead if you want a specific day and time. Later requests usually work as well, because the crew is already in the city; during the show week WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.

Do we need a shot list or briefing?
No. Send your goals in one short call or message, plus hall and stand number. With more than 20 years of production experience we know what a waste management, recycling & circular economy stand needs; you approve the plan and focus on your visitors.
Are interviews subtitled?
Yes. On-stand interviews are delivered with subtitles in English and Arabic as standard, plus a clean version without subtitles for your own edits.
