When do we receive the photos?
First selects during the day; the finished set before the day is over.
When do we receive the film?
The recap film the same evening; stage recordings within 48 hours; corporate films with a first cut within five working days.
What formats do we get?
Full-resolution and web-sized JPEG; films in 16:9 and 9:16 MP4; interview cuts with burned-in subtitles and a clean version.
How are files delivered?
By private download link, sorted into folders by subject, valid for months.
Do we get raw files?
Not as standard; available for an additional fee agreed before the show.
How many revision rounds?
Two, included in every booking.
Can you use our folder and naming convention?
Yes.
Can we get vertical crops of the photos?
Yes, a selection of 4:5 and 9:16 crops on request.
