How early is the crew on the stand?
As soon as exhibitor badges allow, usually an hour before the doors open, for the clean set and the portraits.
Do we need to brief the crew?
One short call and the stand number. The shot list is ours, adjusted to your priorities.
Will the crew interrupt sales conversations?
No. Visitors and demos are photographed from the edge of the stand; a meeting that is going well is never interrupted.
Can you photograph our screens without banding?
Yes; shutter speed and frame rate are matched to each LED panel.
Where are interviews recorded?
In a quiet corner of the stand or on the concourse, with lavalier microphones and our own light, usually early afternoon.
Do you photograph other stands?
Not without asking. Your stand, team and product are covered; wide hall shots are fine.
What about visitors' consent?
Wide shots and crowd atmosphere need none; recognisable people in featured shots are asked where required.
Do you cover several days?
Yes: full coverage on the opening day, shorter blocks on the following days, a fresh clip every evening.
