Answers

Who owns the photos and films?

You receive unlimited usage rights for your own channels; LUMIQ retains copyright and shows work in its portfolio with permission.

Is the music licensed?

Yes, for online use; broadcast and paid-advertising licences are quoted when needed.

Can we use the content in paid ads?

Yes for the images and footage; music for paid campaigns may need an extended licence.

Do interviewees need to sign anything?

We record consent on camera or on a one-page form; the form is free to download from our resources.

Can our agency use the content in its case study?

Yes, when agreed in the quote.

Do you need a permit to film at DWTC or Expo City?

No; exhibitor or contractor badges for the crew and the organiser's rules are enough.

What about filming in public spaces?

Public-space filming in Dubai and Abu Dhabi may need a permit, which we arrange in advance.

Are drones allowed?

Not inside venues; outdoors only with permits.
