The brief
A store opening has one morning that matters: the queue before the doors, the ribbon, the first customers inside and the store looking exactly as the visual merchandising team intended. Primark needed a film of that morning for the retail team, the franchise network and the press.
What we did
We were on site before the queue formed, photographed and filmed the clean store, the opening moment from two angles, the first customers and the atmosphere over the morning, and delivered the two-minute film above with a photo set. The film was cut for internal and press use, with a shorter social version.
Why it matters
