The brief
A celebrity appearance on an exhibitor stand is a short, crowded and unrepeatable moment: the crowd forms in minutes, the appearance lasts an hour, and the stand needs a film that shows the scale of it to partners and press who were not there.
What we did
We planned camera positions with the stand team beforehand, covered the arrival, the crowd and the interactions on the stand from two angles without getting between the guest and the visitors, and cut the film above for the brand's channels and partner communication. Stand photography from the same day covered the product and the team.
Why it matters
Stand activations with talent, DJs or athletes are common at Dubai shows, from Beautyworld to GITEX, and they need a crew that has done it before and stays out of the way. See trade show video.
