Live events need a plan and a crew that has done it
A concert is loud, dark and fast. We plan positions with the production manager: pit for the first songs where the artist's rules allow, front of house for the wide shot, roaming for the crowd and the sponsor areas. Cinema cameras with fast lenses handle stage light; audio comes from the desk. The aftermovie is cut for the organiser and versions for each sponsor; vertical clips of the biggest moments go out during the event. Our Sunakin event highlights film shows the format.
What organisers and sponsors receive
An aftermovie of two to four minutes; a 60 second teaser; vertical clips per act or moment; a photo set covering stage, crowd, sponsor activations and VIP areas; sponsor sets; artist sets where the artist's management agrees.
Permits and artist rules
Artist photo rules (first three songs, no flash) are followed; sponsor and organiser accreditation is arranged in advance; drone footage outdoors needs permits. See event video.
